Chocolate Creams



8oz semi sweet chocolate
1/2 cup butter
1 3/4 cups sifted confectioners sugar
2 tbsp light cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts or grated chocolate

Melt chocolate with butter until smooth. Blend in sugar, cream and vanilla. Chill about 30 minutes. Shape into 1/2 inch balls and rool in nuts or chocolate. Store in refrigerator.
