Quick Macaroons

2 1/2 cups shredded coconut
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Put all ingredients into a bowl. Mix well and drop by spoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet about 1 inch apart. Bake in 350 degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove immediately from baking sheet. Once cooled, these can then either be enjoyed as is, or be dipped in melted chocolate and allowed to harden.
