Pizza Dough



2 Tbsp instant yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup water(lukewarm)
1 tbsp oil
flour (3-4 cups)

Add sugar, salt, water, and oil in bowl. Add a bit of flour and sprinkle yeast over top. add enough flour to make a soft dough. Put dough on to bench and knead for approximately 10min until the dough feels smooth and is no longer sticky. Only use a little flour at a time while keading. Put dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until double. Cut dough in two for 12" or three for 9" pizzas. Roll on lightly floured surface. Garnish with your favourite toppings, let rise until edges are puffed. Bake At 350F until crust is golden brown.
